We can compound for other routes of administration including solutions, troches, suppositories, and transdermal creams.

We have made numerous presentations over the years to the LMHPCO ( Louisiana/Mississippi ) and to individual hospices as well demonstrating our compounded options that are not commercially available. I can work with your contracted pharmacist and these comfort measures can become available to your patients as well.

I can attend your team meetings and serve as a drug consultant and in particular provide solutions with compounded options when conventional therapy is not providing the patient with relief.

I can assist your nurses with opioid dosage conversions---equianalgesic dosing. I've found over the years that this can be an invaluable service to your nursing team as well as to the physicians you serve. I can be on call for nursing staff during the week.

I can offer in-services to your team as well as continually update new team nurses on equianalgesic dosing and compounding remedies for comfort care including pain relief, skin care, wound care, oral care, nausea, anxiety, and transdermal administration of compounded medications.

I can help you with formulary additions and deletions and continual updating of your formulary. I can develope a formulary for you if you do not have one. This of course will assist you in cost containment.

I am willing to make presentations for you to physician groups and to the general public to raise awareness of your hospice organization and the unique services that you can provide. This will assist you in your marketing.
